No Reformer—Lifting Only: TRAPPIN ON THE LOW

Lifting Only means 6 rounds of strength training. You will NOT be assigned an xformer. This is a reservation for Bench 6 on lower body day. Today is all about the lower body. This class will ensure that we are firing up them legs and glutes. Come ready for lower body day at the Trap. PLEASE NOTE: SELECTING THE LIFTING ONLY (BENCH 6) SPOT MEANS YOU WILL BE AT THE BENCH FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION OF CLASS. For health and safety reasons, all TRAPHAUS classes require everyone to wear grip socks. Grip socks are necessary to prevent injury. Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio for $16!
