No Reformer—Lifting Only: UP IN THE TRAP

Lifting Only means 6 rounds of strength training. You will NOT be assigned an xformer. This is a reservation for Bench 6 on upper body day. Working everything from the hips up; today is all about the upper body. Got something on your chest and shoulders? We work to get it up off you! PLEASE NOTE: SELECTING THE LIFTING ONLY (BENCH 6) SPOT MEANS YOU WILL BE AT THE BENCH FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION OF CLASS. For health and safety reasons, all TRAPHAUS classes require everyone to wear grip socks. Grip socks are necessary to prevent injury. Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio for $16!
