A 55-minute full-body switch-style workout where Lagree + hypertrophy training meet a special curation of Trap and/or House music. Each musical “set” is mixed for your class by some of the world’s most well known DJs and producers.

Each class will have a target focus each day spending consisting of 50% mega former and 50% TRAP bench lifting. Remember each day will have different focus so be sure to sign up for the appropriate class.
