Lifting Only means 6 rounds of strength training. You will NOT be assigned an xformer. This is a reservation for Bench 6 on full body day. Everything all in one. We go full body in this class making sure we work everything from the nose to the toes. Get ready for ya total body grind. PLEASE NOTE: SELECTING THE LIFTING ONLY (BENCH 6) SPOT MEANS YOU WILL BE AT THE BENCH FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION OF CLASS. For health and safety reasons, all TRAPHAUS classes require everyone to wear grip socks. Grip socks are necessary to prevent injury. Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio for $16!
