No Reformer—Lifting Only: Trap 101

Lifting Only means 6 rounds of strength training. You will NOT be assigned an xformer. This is a reservation for Bench 6 in a full body class. Trap 101, a class designed to help you build strength, confidence, and control from the ground up. This fundamentals-focused session is perfect for beginners and anyone looking to master the essentials, you’ll learn proper form and technique while challenging yourself to grow stronger with every move. Remember, Rome wasn’t built in a day—but with dedication and consistency, you’re laying the foundation for something extraordinary. Expect a supportive, uplifting environment that meets you where you are and inspires you to reach new heights. PLEASE NOTE: SELECTING THE LIFTING ONLY (BENCH 6) SPOT MEANS YOU WILL BE AT THE BENCH FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION OF CLASS. For health and safety reasons, all TRAPHAUS classes require everyone to wear grip socks. Grip socks are necessary to prevent injury. Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio for $16!
