Our lower body focus class will ensure that we are firing up your legs and glutes. Hamstrings, quads, calves, we got you.

Total body workout giving you that full body grind you can only find at the trap.

TRAP LIFT
(aka “spot number 6″)

For those of you who aren’t ready for megaformer work, for those boyfriends who were dragged to yet another class, or just someone that prefers dumbbells; this will be 6 total rounds of a lifting workout curated for the day’s muscle focus.
Available in every single TRAPHAUS booking, if you select bench 6 please be aware you will not be switching to the bed side.
